Cataloging, Collections and Technical Services
Gil Kenner, head of technical services, continued to work "in person" one day a week this quarter, making small adjustments in his schedule in an effort to balance building occupancy limits with gradual increases in in-person staffing by peers Barb Neyman and Rebecca Ernest. Library print collections had been quarantined (from March to June of this year), while the library's doors were locked to patrons and staff. Gil continued to visit the library to work on shipping, receiving and other "hands-on work," which increased as the quarter wore on.
