Welcome to the 2017 TRB Annual Meeting!
This year 39 VTRC scientists, joint appointees and research assistants were authors or co-authors of 40 presentations at TRB events/sessions, workshops, and committee meetings of which, 18 were poster presentations and 15 were practice-ready papers (marked with **). In addition, VTRC personnel presided, facilitated or spoke on panel at 12: events/sessions, workshops, a reception and meetings of a committee, subcommittees and an executive board. Many VTRC TRB participants were found in attendance as active members and officers of committees and other working groups. In addition, dozens of VDOT employees from all districts and divisions have had papers or posters accepted for publication or presentation, and will be speaking, serving on panels or attending TRB sessions.
The TRB Annual Meeting Online (AMOnline Portal) includes the papers, presentation slides, and posters from the 2011-2017 TRB Annual Meetings. The portal allows users to search for and download "free" full-text copies of all available papers and visual aids by session, presentation or paper number, or author. The VDOT Research Library has one of the most complete collections of TRB publications in the country, including earlier conference proceedings papers in print, CD-ROM, DVD and on flash drives.
